Talent development
Global Océ Professionals (GOP) is an international program for talented Océ professionals in the beginning of their Océ careers. GOP brings Océ people from all Océ sites together in a training program. The main objective is to develop people through personal learning. During the program participants improve their skills and competencies by working with people from different professional backgrounds, different cultures and different tasks while at the same time developing their international network within Océ. GOP provides participants with more insight into their personal competencies and at the same time challenges them to work on an assignment directly related to the Océ strategy.
