Rule-based routing of print traffic

For example color, small format and wide format documents can automatically be routed to printers with the required capabilities. This helps to reduce and control costs, providing an efficient total engineering print management solution.

By defining print queues and templates, companies can configure Océ Print Exec Department flexibly to match their own printing rules and standards. This makes printing unbeatably easy for end-users, eliminating the need for complex manual settings and selections and ensuring first-time-right results. Efficient document workflow through all project phases

The extensive functionality of Océ Print Exec Department offers efficient handling of document workflow through all phases of a project. For example both check printing (printing single files directly from the originating application) and release printing (printing full document sets for distribution) are supported. Océ Publisher Printlet acts as a Windows printer driver, providing a uniform user interface for printing from any Windows application to any connected device. Océ Publisher Engineering is a dedicated client for productive job submission, supporting set printing of main file formats such as PDF and DWFTM. These two clients together cover numerous additional print requirements, including print previewing, stamping, finishing and banner pages. Integration is also possible with Océ Account Center, enabling users to manage printing costs and assign these to the relevant projects, users or departments.
