Océ IR website wins two first prizes 

Venlo, the Netherlands, 21 February 2006 – Océ N.V. has been awarded the prize for the Best Investor Relations Website in Europe and the prize for the Best Earnings Release and Disclosure Procedure in Europe in the small/midcap companies category at the 2006 Investor Relations Global Rankings and Awards ceremony on 9 February 2006 in Frankfurt, Germany. 

The IR Global Rankings are organized by MZ Consult, a leading IR consulting company. A total of approximately 145 companies from 31 countries were reviewed on the basis of a proprietary evaluation system for ranking the quality of IR websites. The ranking criteria are based on extensive proprietary research into public companies and investors and supported by input from audit, corporate governance and legal experts (KPMG Independent Auditors, Linklaters, JPMorgan and Real IR Magazine). 
  
Océ CFO Jan van den Belt said: 'We are very proud that Océ has won these prizes. By maintaining regular and direct contact with investors and media Océ is able to form a picture of their wishes and ideas. Both prizes reflect that we have been successful in meeting the needs of investors and other stakeholders on our website. Our aim is to continuously improve our communication policy.'
