The Océ Count Logic central database can be updated regularly with the accounting information from Océ PRISMAaccess. Océ Count Logic shows the Océ PRISMAaccess accounting information in clear reports. These usage overviews can be used to charge printing, scanning or copying costs to the appropriate departments or can be exported as CSV, XML, HTML or text files to allow further processing in, for example, financial applications.
